Seoul Forest (서울숲)

A real-life enchanted forest.

Seoul Forest takes beauty to a whole different level with its enchanting views of blossoming trees and lush nature all around. What was once a royal ground for kings and a military inspection facility is now the third largest park in Seoul City. Opened in 2005, the forest is blooming with over 420,000 beautiful species of trees and plants, spread across 5 little parks within, each focusing on different aspects of nature. Picturesque and colourful flowers await at the botanical gardens and flower beds within the Culture and Arts Park, located in the heart of Seoul Forest.

The quaint Eco Forest is perfect for the little ones to explore, home to over 100 species of wild animals including deers and chipmunks! Learn more about the insects and flowers there at the Experiential Learning Park, explore the wetlands at the Marsh Plants Garden, or rest those tired muscles at the Hangang Riverside Park. Seoul Forest truly has something for everyone!
