Banana Beach

Looking for some respite from the bustling city of Tel Aviv, the amazing Banana Beach is the answer.

A perfect spot that offers something for everyone, Banana Beach lies on the southernmost edge of Tel Aviv’s long shoreline. Upon reaching the beach, the scent of salty sea breezes and the sight of the mesmerising Mediterranean seas will rejuvenate your senses. On the right is a strip lined with hotels, glitzy bars and clubs while on the left, one can admire the wonderful skyline of the ancient city of Jaffa.

A great place to relax on weekdays, Banana Beach is one of the quieter beaches in Tel Aviv. Sunbathe, read a book or simply sip on some tropical cocktail while gazing at the spellbinding horizon as it stretches to infinity. Be entertained by the locals playing Matkot – Israeli beach paddleball or if you want to ride the waves, rent a surfboard. Come Friday evenings, the beach springs to life when hippie drummers and dancers fill the air with their bohemian vibes and this is when the party begins.
