The Belmore Falls is a breathtaking waterfall in Morton National Park near Kangaroo Valley, and the highlight of the 1-kilometer walking track. Commonly reached via car where you will have to drive across a creek to access the carpark, it is advisable to check the weather before making a trip down as the area may be closed during wet weather. On top of the Falls itself, you will also find several other lookout points and a sensational view of the Southern Highlands, which provide great photo opportunities. Especially for the adventurous explorer – try to locate the secret trail that leads you right to the waterfall for an extraordinary swim, but do be careful on your way down!
